Premium On Lic Scheme Lowered To Rs 2.66 Lakh

The Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) has decided to reduce the premium on the Varistha Pension Bima Yojna from Rs 2.77 lakh to Rs 2.66 lakh.

It will also pay a 9 per cent assured return on the scheme irrespective of whether the annuity is paid on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
