RS Krishnan to head BNP Paribas corporate finance

India – BNP Paribas today announced the appointment of R S Krishnan as managing director, head of corporate finance responsible for driving the corporate finance business in India. Krishnan joins from ICICI Securities where he headed the financial institutions group.

He has over 15 years of corporate finance experience, spanning public offerings, equity and equity-linked, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and restructuring for domestic and international companies.
