Union Bk follow-on offer in Rs 100-110 band

 According to a release issued by the bank to the BSE, the bank has fixed a price band of Rs 100 to Rs 110 per share for its 4.50 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each.

The minimum bid size is fixed at 50 equity shares and in multiples of 50 equity shares thereafter. The issue opens on 15 February and closes on 21 February, the release added.
