UTI Bank's remaining GDR subscribed at $5.91/GDR

The underwriters of the UTI Bank's GDR issue have exercised their green shoe option on April 25, 2005.

According to a release issued by UTI Bank to the BSE, the underwriters have subscribed to 30,00,700 GDRs of the bank at the price of $5.91 per GDR. The overall GDR issue after the exercise of the green shoe option will now be of 4,34,91,000 GDRs, the release said.
