IIMK to hold symposium on HR and leadership

The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) will hold an international symposium on HR and Leadership Challenges for Business in India, on January 28 and 29, 2011.

The symposium offers an opportunity to gain from the research and practical insights from leaders as well as to exchange notes with other participants, said an IIMK press release.

The participation  is solicited through an advance paper submission along with its presentation at the event. The paper could be in the form of contribution of new ideas, perspectives, industry best practices or case studies. Apart from the presenting delegates, IIMK is inviting participation from interested academics and practicing managers.
