Marketing guru lays stress on technology

| A Parasuraman, James McLamore Professor of Marketing, University of Miami, US, will offer managerial insights for achieving marketing excellence in technologically-driven business environments at two seminars. |
| The talks will be held in Mumbai and Bangalore on December 22 and 23, respectively. The seminar is being organised by Innovative Media, a Bangalore-based customer and knowledge management company, and will be sponsored by logistics specialists DHL. |
| The theme of the seminar is "Techno-ready marketing and services: Getting and keeping customers in the new age". |
| It will focus on the marketing of a new product or service, according to different market segments based on the customers' adaptiveness to technology in these segments. |
