India Infoline rises on talks of buyback

India Infoline rose 4 per cent to close at Rs 40.35 after the firm announced that its board would meet on November 28 to consider buyback of shares. The stock opened 7.2 per cent lower at Rs 36 and made a new 52-week low of Rs 34.40.
But post its buyback announcement in the day, it recovered to an intraday high of Rs 41.95. Total trading volumes were 8,56,411 shares vis-à-vis two week average of 5,43,057 shares.
