Accused truck driver in Tracy Morgan car crash pleads not guilty

The Truck driver, who has been accused of causing the fatal crash that also injured comedian Tracy Morgan, has pleaded not guilty when he recently appeared court in New Brunswick, New Jersey, according to reports.
Prosecutors said that Walmart lorry driver Kevin Roper, had not slept for more than 24 hours before the accident, the BBC reported.
Roper, bail has been set at 50,000 dollars and he could face more than a decade in prison if convicted.
The 35-year-old truck driver swerved to avoid traffic on the New Jersey Turnpike, and crashed into Morga's van that killed comedian James McNair, known as Jimmy Mack.
