Alec Baldwin's 'stalker' jailed for 30 days for contempt of court

Alec Baldwin's alleged stalker, Genevieve Sabourin, has been sentenced to 30 days in prison for contempt of court with her repeated outbursts.

The French-Canadian lady, who was crying hysterically at her recent trial, asked the Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Robert Mandelbaum not to lock her up because her "dog was trapped in its cage and no one could take care of him," the New York Post reported.

However, the judge ignored her pleas after she refused to pay heed to his countless warnings to behave, but allowed her to say her bit before being jailed.

While saying her piece, Sabourin asserted that "professional charmer" Baldwin had at one point promised to make her omelets "every morning for the rest of her life.
