Hooch tragedy: Seven dead, many admitted to hospital in West Bengal

Seven people have died and many have been admitted to hospital after consuming spurious liquor in East Midnapore district of West Bengal.

Most of the persons have been admitted in the hospital with vomiting, headache and belly pain.

"There must have been poison in it which made them ill. We have been consuming alcohol for a long time," one of the victim's relative said.
