Two terrorists have been neutralised by security forces in the encounter in Pulwama and Kupwara in Jammu and Kashmir and now search operations have been launched to scour the area for any remaining holed up terrorists.
In Darpora area of Kupawara, a terrorist was killed and a weapon was also recovered from the site, while search ops continued in the forest area after yesterday's brief gun battle.
According to reports, the slain terrorist in Pulwama belonged to Hizbul Mujahideen.
The security forces launched the search operation yesterday following specific input that militants are still hiding in the area.
