Simon Cowell was spotted enjoying a night out with Kelly Bergantz and a number of pals in Los Angeles.

The 54-year-old music mogul was seen entering Pearl's Liquor Bar with the 'Syco' music producer, who also accompanied him in New York earlier this week, the New York Post reported.

Meanwhile, it is believed that the X factor boss is keen to marry his six months pregnant girlfriend Lauren Silverman as quickly as possible.
