The 47-story Spanish skyscraper that has no elevators!

In a major goof-up, builders in Spain forgot to provide space for elevators in a 47-story Spanish skyscraper, which was set to be the standard for the future.
The InTempo skyscraper in the town of Benidorm in Alicante, Spain, almost reached the completion of the project when it realized that they had excluded plans for elevator shafts, the New York Daily News reported.
The skyscraper's construction has been plagued with problems beyond the oversight of being inaccessible.
Its construction was previously funded by the bank Caixa Galicia, but as of December 2012, financing for construction of the skyscraper was taken over by Sareb, 'known as the bad bank' in Spain.
The title of 'bad bank' has been bestowed upon banks that were created by the European Central Bank, the European Commission and the International Monetary Fund to focus toxic estate assets.
They are entitled to bailouts from the European Union for payments of their purchased assets that are damaged.
