AU Small Finance Bank allots 3.09 lakh equity shares under ESOP

AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 3,09,071 equity shares on 18 February 2021 under ESOP.

The paid-up equity share capital of the Bank has increased from Rs. 306,78,09,270 consisting of 30,67,80,927 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 307,08,99,980 consisting of 30,70,89,998 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each.
