AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 51,864 equity shares under ESOP on 03 August 2021.

The paid-up equity share capital of the Bank has increased from Rs. 312,93,68,800 consisting of 31,29,36,880 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 312,98,87,440 consisting of 31,29,88,744 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each.
