Banaras Beads will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 May 2014 To Consider and take on record the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31 March 2014, to Consider and approve the audited annual accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2014, and to consider recommendation of dividend for the F.Y 2013-14 (payable after approval of Members in Annual General Meeting), if any.
