Bharti Airtel announced that Bharti Airtel International (Netherlands) B.V. has issued a notice of Repayment and Offer to Tender for redemption of the outstanding 4% EUR 1,000 Notes Due 2018 guaranteed by Bharti Airtel (EURO 2018 Notes/Note).
Under the Offer, the Issuer will accept for purchase Notes tendered in the 'Any and All' Tender Offer up to 100% of the outstanding Notes in a principal amount equal to 1,000,000,000 (the Maximum Acceptance Amount), subject to terms and conditions in the Tender Offer and Repayment Notice Memorandum. All Notes not tendered in connection with the Tender Offer will be settled on the scheduled maturity date on 10 December 2018 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Notes.
