Board of Dhani Services appoints directors

At meeting held on 21 December 2020

The Board of Dhani Services has appointed Anish Williams (DIN: 03314110) as a Non-Independent Director on the Board of the Company with effect from 21 December 2020 and Vijay Chugh, Retired Principal Chief General Manager, RBI (DIN: 07112794) as an Independent Director, on the Board of Directors of the Company for a period of one year, with effect from 21 December 2020, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.
