Board of Goodluck Steel Tubes gives in-principle approval for proposed amalgamation

At meeting held on 07 September 2015

Goodluck Steel Tubes announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 September 2015, has considered and approved, in principle, the proposed amalgamation of its wholly owned subsidiary - MarterJi Metalloys with Good Luck Steel Tubes.

The Board of Directors of the Company will further meet to consider and approve the Draft Scheme of Amalgamation and other documents in this connection.
