Board of Hatsun Agro Product approves sale of ready to eat business

At meeting held on 09 March 2022

The Board of Hatsun Agro Product at its meeting held on 09 March 2022 as approved the sale of ready to eat (RTE) business to Naga for a consideration of Rs 25 crore. The Board took note that the RTE business contributed less than 0.5% of the total sales of the company and with lesser volumes, the business is also not profitable. The Board was satisfied that the discontinuance will not affect the profitability of the company.
