Board of Kansai Nerolac Paints announces change in nominee director

At meeting held on 29 July 2016

Kansai Nerolac Paints announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 29 July 2016, the following changes have taken place in the Board of Directors of the Company:

1. Shinji Asatsuma, nominee of Kansai Paint Co., Japan (Promoter Company) has resigned from the Directorship of the Company with effect from 29 July 2016.

2. Katsuhiko Kato, nominee of Kansai Paint Co., Japan (Promoter Company) has been appointed as Director ( Non - Executive Director) with effect from 29 July 2016 in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Shinji Asatsuma.
