Board of Panama Petrochem appoints director

At meeting held on 31 October 2015

Panama Petrochem announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 October 2015, has appointed Hussein V. Rayani as an Additional Director and as a Joint Managing Director of the Company with effect from 31 October 2015.
