Board of Rai Saheb Rekhchand Mohota Spg.& Wvg. Mills approves increase in authorised share capital

At meeting held 29 November 2017

Rai Saheb Rekhchand Mohota Spg.& Wvg. Mills announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 November 2017 has approved the following -

1. Considered & approved to increase Authorised Share Capital from 18 crore to 30.00 crore.

2. Amended clause V of memorandum of association as follow subject to the approval at ensuing General meeting:

3. Decided to take the matter of raising of funds by issue of equity /equity linked securities through permissible mode at the ensuing Board meeting to be held on 13 December, 2017.
