At meeting held on 10 February 2015

Swastik Safe Deposit & Investments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 February 2015, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:

1. Surendra Kabra has been appointed as an Independent Additional Director of the Company.

2. appointment of the following as key managerial personnel:

- Vinod Gadaiya as Chief Financial Officer; and
- Jitesh Agarwal as Company Secretary of the Company.
