Board of Techno Electric & Engineering Company approves buyback of shares

At meeting held on 13 December 2018

The Board of Techno Electric & Engineering Company at its meeting held on 13 December 2018 has approved the buyback of 26,82,400 fully paid equity shares of face value of Rs 2 at a price of Rs 410 per share for an amount not exceeding Rs 109.97 crore representing 9.10% of the company's paid up equity capital and free reserves as on 31 March 2018.
