Board of Vista Pharmaceuticals approves allotment of 8.37 lakh shares on conversion of warrants

The Board of Vista Pharmaceuticals at its meeting held on 26 December 2018 has approved the allotment of 8,37,720 equity shares on conversion of 8,37,720 convertible warrants to Vasant V. Alli, the promoter of the Company at an issue price of Rs. 50 per share (including a premium of Rs. 48 per share) aggregating to Rs.3.14 crore.
