Central Bank of India announces cessation of director

With effect from 01 April 2016

Central Bank of India announced that S.B.Rode, who was nominated as Officer Employee Director on the Board of the Bank for a period of 3 years, vide Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Notification dated 02 April 2013, has ceased to be the Director of the Bank w.e.f. close of working hours on 01 April 2016 consequent upon completion of his tenure.
