Centrum Capital to raise up to Rs 100 cr via private placement of NCDs

The fund raising committee of Centrum Capital at its meeting held on 29 January 2021 has approved the proposal for raising of funds through Secured, Redeemable, Unlisted, Unrated, Non-Convertible, Principal Protected Market Linked Debentures each having a face value of Rs. 1,00,000 of the aggregate nominal value of up to Rs. 100 crore in one or more tranches on private placement basis.
