DCB Bank allots equity shares

Of Rs 10 each

DCB Bank announced that the bank on 15 January 2014 has allotted 25,750 equity shares of Rs 10 each, pursuant to the terms of employee stock option plan (ESOPs) of the bank. Consequent to the said allotment, the Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 25,03,01,622 shares of Rs 10 each.
