Dewan Housing Finance Corporation proposes to issue NCDs aggregating Rs 400 cr

On private placement basis

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation announced that the Company proposes to issue Secured Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures amounting to Rs. 400.00 crore and a Greenshoe option upto Rs. 175.00 crore on Private Placement basis, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 31st Annual General Meeting held on 23 July 2015, on the terms and conditions.
