HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company standalone net profit rises 40.40% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 23.98% to Rs 8900.02 crore

Net profit of HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company rose 40.40% to Rs 346.84 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 247.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 23.98% to Rs 8900.02 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 7178.40 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 24.31% to Rs 1109.00 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 892.13 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 21.25% to Rs 23370.97 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 19274.86 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
