Scheme becomes effective from 19 December 2016
Indian Hotels Co announced that the effective date of scheme of Arrangement between Indian Hotels Company, Lands End Properties and their respective shareholders and creditors is 19 December 2016.Consequently, Lands Ends Properties has amalgamated with the Company with effect from 31 March 2016 and is dissolved without winding up.
