ITC allots 29,21,600 Ordinary Shares

Under ESOS

ITC has allotted 29,21,600 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 2,92,160 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 8th August, 2017, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1217,60,18,951/- divided into 1217,60,18,951 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.
