Jubilant Industries grant stock options

Jubilant Industries announced that its committee of directors in the meeting held on 05 February 2014 have granted 15,433 options to eligible employees of the company in accordance with employee stock option scheme, 2013. Each option shall entitle the holder to acquire 1 equity share of Rs 10 at a price of Rs 50.50 per share.
