Lincoln Pharmaceuticals to hold board meeting

Lincoln Pharmaceuticals will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 July 2015, to consider the appointment of J T Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as a statutory Auditors in place of existing Statutory Auditors to fill the casual vacancy arose on account of resignation tendered by the existing Statutory Auditors of the Company.
