Outcome of board meeting of Cords Cable Industries

Cords Cable Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 April 2015, has authorized Sanjeev Kumar, Manager of the Company, on behalf of the Company to sign, as a confirming party, the Proposed Share Purchase Agreement between "Purchaser Promoter" listed in "schedule A" and "Seller Promoter Group" listed in "schedule B".
