Green Fire Agri Commodities announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Approved the appointment of Tammineedi Venkateswara Rao as Additional Director and as well as Executive Director of the Company;

2. Approved the proposal for change of name of Company.
