Outcome of board meeting of Rammaica (India)

Held on 13 August 2015

Rammaica (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, inter alia, have duly approved the following :

1. Adoption of new set of Articles of Association as per Companies Act, 2013.

2. Adoption of new set of Memorandum of Association as per Companies Act, 2013.

3. Re-appointment of Auditor for the financial year 2015-2016.

4. Appointment of two Directors of the Company viz. Jitendra Sharma and Kirti Ranchoddas Doshi from 13 August 2015.
