Outcome of EGM of Uttam Value Steels

The Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Uttam Value Steels was held on 25 March 2014, wherein the members approved the special resolution to issue and allot up to 12,90,32,258 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the Company by way of preferential allotment at a price of Rs 15.50 per equity share for an aggregate consideration of up to Rs 200 crore by way of preferential allotment to UD Industrial Holding.
