Real Estate stocks were trading in the negative zone, with the S&P BSE Realty Index index falling 18.09 points or 0.85% at 2119.29 at 13:47 IST.
Among the components of the S&P BSE Realty Index index, DLF Ltd (down 1.91%), Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd (down 1.81%),Godrej Properties Ltd (down 1.59%),Oberoi Realty Ltd (down 1.53%),Phoenix Mills Ltd (down 0.65%), were the top losers. Among the other losers were Omaxe Ltd (down 0.41%), and Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (down 0.05%).
On the other hand, Prestige Estates Projects Ltd (up 3.47%), Sobha Ltd (up 2.07%), and Sunteck Realty Ltd (up 0.23%) moved up.
At 13:47 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 91.6 or 0.22% at 40912.9.
The Nifty 50 index was up 36.15 points or 0.3% at 12073.85.
The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was down 1.8 points or 0.01% at 13409.53.
The S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index index was up 6.5 points or 0.14% at 4683.61.
On BSE,1105 shares were trading in green, 1228 were trading in red and 186 were unchanged.
