Real Estate shares fall

Real Estate stocks were trading in the negative zone, with the S&P BSE Realty Index index falling 37.89 points or 1.92% at 1935.07 at 13:52 IST.

Among the components of the S&P BSE Realty Index index, Sobha Ltd (down 8.32%), Prestige Estates Projects Ltd (down 5.17%),Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd (down 4.95%),Sunteck Realty Ltd (down 3.65%),Oberoi Realty Ltd (down 1.58%), were the top losers. Among the other losers were DLF Ltd (down 1.23%), Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (down 0.63%), Godrej Properties Ltd (down 0.41%), and Phoenix Mills Ltd (down 0.39%).

On the other hand, Omaxe Ltd (up 0.32%), moved up.

At 13:52 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 175.45 or 0.49% at 35810.4.

 

The Nifty 50 index was up 53.6 points or 0.51% at 10505.05.

The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was down 3.35 points or 0.03% at 12767.2.

The S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index index was down 12.54 points or 0.28% at 4418.52.

On BSE,1134 shares were trading in green, 1176 were trading in red and 161 were unchanged.
