Sharda Motor Industries standalone net profit rises 131.79% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 15.86% to Rs 287.88 crore

Net profit of Sharda Motor Industries rose 131.79% to Rs 19.47 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 8.40 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 15.86% to Rs 287.88 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 248.47 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 63.56% to Rs 55.97 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 34.22 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 12.49% to Rs 1042.61 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 926.85 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
