With effect from 16 November 2016
Sita Shree Food Products announced that Chitrangda Vishwakarma the Compliance Officer & Company Secretary of the Company has resigned from the Company due to her pre-occupation, vide her resignation letter dated 16 November 2016.Further, till the appointment of the new incumbent, Ashish Goyal, Managing Director will act as the Compliance officer of the Company.
