Software Technology Group International renamed as STG Lifecare

Effective 27 January 2015

Software Technology Group International announced that the shareholders of the Company passed an special resolution at the annual general meeting of the company held on 29 October 2014 for change of the name of the Company from Software Technology group International to "STG Lifecare ".

Thereafter the Company made an application to the office of the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana for the change of name and the Registrar of Companies has approved the application and granted a new certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name to "STG Lifecare " on 27 January 2015.
