Vadilal Dairy International announces appointment of company secretary

With effect from 22 December 2014

Vadilal Dairy International announced that, pursuant to the provision of Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 and other applicable provision, if any of the Companies Act, 2013 and pursuant to Listing Agreement, rules and regulations framed thereunder, Uday Anant Sawant has been appointed as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer as defined under the Rule 8 of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014 as a Whole Time Company Secretary (Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from 22 December 2014.
