Viaan Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 November 2017, to allot 14,65,500 equity share on preferential basis to HT Media Ltd Strategic investor not forming part of the Promoter group of the Company, 14,65,500 fully convertible Debentures (FCD)on preferential basis to HT Media Ltd Strategic investor not forming part of the Promoter group of the Company.
