Welspun Corp has fixed 24 May 2019 as record date determining the entitlement for issue of shares of the company to the shareholders of Welspun Pipes in proportion of their shareholding in Welspun Pipes pursuant to the scheme of amalgamation of Welspun Pipes with Welspun Corp becoming effective on 10 May 2019.
