Early warning?

A microfinance company was recruiting for a position in its accounts department. During the selection process, a senior official was interviewing an employee from the accounts department of a media company that is in trouble now. The employee was asked why he wanted to move from a bigger brand. The employee flatly said, “That company is going to be shut down in two years.” The man across the table was intrigued but observed that it was chilling to recall that incident now since that is exactly what is happening to the company concerned.
