The fair on 37 acre to continue till December 4 would have 1300 stalls at both the venues, Cuttack District collector Girish SN said.
The stalls, insured for Rs Rs 4 crore, would sell goods, electronic gadgets, and food items. A Meenabazar would also be set up covering more than half of the grounds.
The entire ground would be monitored by close-circuit television cameras while stall owners would be asked to take measures against fires, he said.
