2 die after drinking liquor mixed with expired softdrinks

Three persons, who took liquor mixing it with some softdrink last night, fainted and were rushed to hospital where two of them died today, they said.

The condition of the third person was stated to be out of danger.

DSP Stanely Jones said the trio had mixed the liquor with softdrinks which were 14 months old.

One person, who sold the softdrinks, has been arrested, he added.
